2 of my 3 bands performed at PICA's TBA Festival as part of a night called "Our Hit Parade". All photos by Kristan Kennedy. It was nice to see these after not thinking of this night 4 months ago, because I've been down on myself lately for not accomplishing all that I wanted to in 2008. But, I did do a bunch, like this night, which managed to be really fun and exciting even though we did it in about 3 practices.May our blessings proliferate in 2009. May the heartbreak and tough times be lessons for all of us and stay in the past, not be carried around like baggage and crosses to bear.May we all be able to access our highest selves as much as possible in this new year.If that involves spandex and gold lamé, even better. xx
